About ME

Hello fellow food enthusiasts, my name is Katie! I’ve spent most of my life living in Long Beach but for the first time ever, I have left my cozy beachside nest and now live on campus at CSUF. I am a Communications major, but to be honest my goals after graduation are still unclear.

 

 

However, if there is one thing I am certain about, it’s food. My love for eating became clear from an early age. I ate with such passion as a girl that I remember my family members would often speculate that I had a tapeworm. As a child and even now you can always find me wherever there is food, munching on something or another.

 

 

 I have always loved going out trying new unique and delicious foods. In this blog, I would like to focus on sharing my favorite foods: comfort foods, fusion cuisine, and of course, desserts.

 

I hope through this blog you are able to share in my passion and enjoy delectable cuisines, find good company, and adventure to somewhere new.
